Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Platform role

Kiarahub.com is a platform for publishing and discovering listings and facilitating enquiries between users. Unless a listing expressly states otherwise, Kiarahub.com is not the seller, employer, landlord, service provider, vehicle operator, broker, agent, or owner of the goods or services described in a listing.

2. No authenticity or accuracy guarantee

Kiarahub.com does not guarantee the authenticity, identity, ownership, legality, quality, safety, availability, condition, price, employment status, qualifications, credentials, location, representations, or accuracy of any listing, advertiser, business, user, product, property, vehicle, job, service, offer, review, image, document, or other content.

Any verification badge or moderation action, if provided, does not constitute a guarantee of authenticity, suitability, legality, safety or performance. Users must independently verify important information before relying on it, paying money, sharing sensitive information, visiting a location, entering an agreement, hiring someone, purchasing an item, or accepting employment.

3. User responsibility

Users are responsible for the information they submit, the listings they publish, their communications, and their decisions. Do not upload unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, infringing, harmful or deceptive content. Do not impersonate another person or business.

4. Transactions and payments

Kiarahub.com may offer paid listing packages or other platform services. Payment processing may be handled by Razorpay, Cashfree, PayPal or another configured provider. A successful payment grants only the platform entitlement described for the purchased package; it does not make the underlying listing or transaction authentic or guaranteed.

5. Third-party transactions

Any sale, rental, hiring, booking, employment arrangement, service agreement, delivery, payment between users, or other transaction arising from a listing is between the relevant parties unless Kiarahub.com expressly states that it is a contracting party. Kiarahub.com is not responsible for losses arising from a user's decision to transact with another user.

6. Prohibited activity

Fraud, scams, spam, malware, unlawful goods or services, deceptive listings, abusive conduct, privacy violations, and attempts to bypass platform security or payment controls are prohibited. We may remove content, suspend accounts or restrict access where appropriate.

7. Content and moderation

We may review, moderate, remove, restrict or decline listings or accounts where we believe this is necessary for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or these terms. We do not promise that every prohibited or inaccurate listing will be detected.

8. Availability and liability

The platform is provided on an availability basis and may contain errors, interruptions, third-party failures or changes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Kiarahub.com and its operators disclaim warranties that cannot legally be guaranteed and are not responsible for indirect, consequential or user-to-user losses arising from reliance on listings or platform content.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, users are responsible for claims, losses and expenses arising from their unlawful conduct, submitted content, or breach of these terms.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update means the updated terms will apply to future use, subject to applicable law.

11. Contact
