Job Description

Join the team building the premier job portal for Bengaluru. You will be responsible for developing the core features of Esyconnect.in, ensuring that local talent can connect with local opportunities through a fast, reliable, and mobile-first platform.

Core Responsibilities

  • Feature Development: Build and maintain end-to-end features for job listings, employer dashboards, and candidate profiles.
  • Database Management: Optimize search queries and data structures for rapid job filtering and matching.
  • System Performance: Ensure the platform remains highly responsive and handles traffic spikes during major hiring drives.
  • Integration: Implement secure API integrations for SMS notifications, payment gateways, and authentication.

Technical Stack & Skills

  • Backend: Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django) or Node.js.
  • Frontend: Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks (React or Vue.js) and responsive design.
  • Database: Expertise in PostgreSQL or MySQL; knowledge of Redis is a plus.
  • Deployment: Familiarity with cloud hosting (AWS/DigitalOcean) and Git-based workflows.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of full-stack development experience.
  • A “product-first” mindset—you care about the user’s journey as much as the code.
  • Ability to work independently in an agile, startup environment.
