Esyconnect.in is looking for a creative and high-energy Social Media Influencer to become the face of our digital platform. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between professional networking and engaging storytelling. Your primary goal is to grow our community, showcase our job portal features, and drive engagement across YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Produce high-quality short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) and live streams focusing on career growth, job search tips, and platform tutorials.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Esyconnect.in in a relatable and professional manner, highlighting our unique job portal services.
- Community Engagement: Interact with followers, answer career-related queries in the comments, and foster a supportive environment for job seekers.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to align content with SEO goals and site updates.
What We’re Looking For
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to explain complex features (like job boards or tech tools) in simple, engaging terms.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of the algorithms on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic video editing tools and appearing on camera.
- Niche Interest: A passion for the professional world, startups, or the digital ecosystem.
