About the Role

At Our Parking Space, we are redefining how drivers find and book parking. We are looking for a creative and technically proficient Web Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a seamless, high-performance web platform that connects space owners with drivers across the country.

Your goal will be to bridge the gap between complex backend logistics and a user-friendly frontend interface, ensuring that booking a parking spot is as easy as a few clicks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop & Maintain: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to build new features for our web application.
  • Optimize Performance: Improve site speed and scalability to handle high-traffic booking periods.
  • UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with designers to translate wireframes into responsive, interactive web pages.
  • Security & Reliability: Ensure robust data protection for user transactions and maintain high platform uptime.
  • Collaborate: Participate in code reviews and work with the product team to brainstorm innovative solutions for urban mobility challenges.

What We’re Looking For

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. Proficiency in modern frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js or Python).
  • Database Knowledge: Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases to manage real-time inventory.
  • Responsive Design: A deep understanding of mobile-first development.
  • Problem Solver: An analytical mindset capable of troubleshooting complex bugs and API integrations.
  • Experience: 0-5 years of professional web development experience, preferably in a marketplace or e-commerce environment.
