Role Overview
As a Customer Support Executive, you will be the voice of Esyconnect.in. Your mission is to bridge the gap between job seekers and employers in Varanasi, ensuring a seamless experience on our portal. You’ll handle inquiries, resolve issues, and help users navigate our platform with ease.
Key Responsibilities
- User Assistance: Respond to queries from job seekers and employers via phone, email, and chat.
- Onboarding: Guide new users through the registration and profile-building process on Esyconnect.in.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot basic technical issues or account discrepancies efficiently.
- Feedback Loop: Collect user feedback to help our dev team improve the portal’s features.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM.
Requirements
- Communication: Fluent in Hindi and English (local dialect knowledge is a plus).
- Empathy: A patient, “customer-first” mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using web-based portals, Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
- Experience: 0–2 years in customer service (Freshers are welcome!).
