Arjeet Yadav

My name is Arjeet, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Chandigarh University.

I belong to a small village, and recently I moved to the NCR region and now stay in Zirakpur. This shift has been a big step for me, and it has helped me adapt quickly to new environments, develop confidence, and become more independent.

This internship will be my first professional experience, and I am very eager to learn and apply the theoretical knowledge I’ve gained so far. I am especially interested in HR functions like recruitment, employee engagement, and people management.

• My strength is that I am hard-working, disciplined, and adaptive. Even though I’m just starting out, I am genuinely motivated to give my 100% and grow through practical learning. I also pay attention to clear communication—I am working on improving my English fluency and confidence because I believe effective communication is key in HR.
