In my previous role, I supported the operations team by analyzing order delays and stock out trends using SQL and Excel, and developed Power BI dashboards to monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery %, average delay, and stock out frequency. These efforts helped improve restock planning and operational efficiency. Additionally, I completed a training project in e-commerce analytics, applying SQL, Power BI, and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data cleaning, reporting, and customer trend analysis.
